BOSTON — Renowned race director and endurance athlete Dave McGillivray finished his 47th consecutive B.A.A. Boston Marathon at 9:45pm after having open-heart, triple bypass surgery only six months ago.

McGillivray was joined by 15 other running friends, including eight who ran the 2018 World Marathon Challenge with him.
